Bestilling

Legg varene i handlekurven og gå til kassen – enkelt og greit! Du får en bekreftelse på e-post når bestillingen er mottatt.

 
Betalingsmetoder
  • Privatkunder (Retail): Betaling via Klarna, Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,osv).

  • Engroskunder (Wholesale): Betaling via Faktura (faktura sendes etter bestilling).

 

Kan jeg endre eller avbestille bestillingen min?

Hvis du trenger å gjøre endringer, kontakt oss innen 24 timer etter bestilling. Etter det er pakken på vei!

Vi sender kun til Norge. For internasjonale bestillinger eller bedriftskjøp, ta kontakt!

  • Fast fraktpris i Norge: 65 NOK (inkludert MVA) med Posten Norge.​

  • Gratis frakt på bestillinger over 500 NOK

Hvor lang tid tar levering?

3–5 virkedager med Posten Norge.
(Leveringstiden kan variere i høysesonger eller ved spesielle hendelser.)

Hvordan sporer jeg bestillingen min?
Når pakken sendes, får du en e-post med sporingsnummer.

Returer & Refusjoner

Hvis du angrer kjøpet, kan du returnere varen innen 14 dager. Den må være ubrukt og i original emballasje.

  • Vi behandler refusjoner innen 5–7 virkedager etter at vi har mottatt varen. 

  • Vi refunderer kun produktprisen. 

  • Fraktkostnaden (65 NOK) refunderes ikke. 

  • Hvis du fikk gratis frakt fordi bestillingen var over 500 NOK, men returen senker bestillingsverdien under 500 NOK, vil fraktkostnaden (65 NOK) trekkes fra refusjonen.

Hvem betaler for returfrakt?

  • Vi dekker returfrakt hvis det er feil på varen.

  • Hvis du bare har ombestemt deg, dekker du frakten selv.

Ordering

Just add your favorites to the cart and check out – simple as that! You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours after ordering. After that, it’s already on its way!​

Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship within Norway. For international orders or wholesale purchases, please contact us!
How much does shipping cost? (For retail customers)

  • Flat-rate shipping within Norway: 65 NOK (including VAT) via Posten Norge.

  • Free shipping on orders over 500 NOK.

How long does delivery take?
3–5 business days with Posten Norge.
(Delivery times may vary during busy seasons or special circumstances.)
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number from Posten Norge.

 

Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

How do I return an item?
Just send us an email, and we’ll help you out!

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • We will refund only the product price.

  • Shipping costs (65 NOK) are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping because your order was over 500 NOK, but the return lowers the total order value below 500 NOK, the shipping cost (65 NOK) will be deducted from the refund.

Who covers return shipping?
If there’s an issue with the product, we cover the return shipping.
If you simply changed your mind, you would have to cover for return shipping.​
